i had a conversation with someone not so long ago. they said they always have low expectations because that way they don’t get disappointed. i’d say i’d rather have high expectations/hopes then be underwhelmed than low expectations and still be underwhelmed because that is a possibility.
it’s the little, unexpected things that make a moment anyways.

my spelling is pretty good, but there is one word i can never ever spell. it’s itinerary. I looked it up just now. it’s totally unintuitive… oh well.
my friend’s just emailed to find out what time my plane’s landing next week… typically, i had to look it up to be sure! i need to learn the art of positive anticipation… is it an emotion?
